Qualifications Update       

Good news!

The following qualifications have been extended to 31 August 2010:

The qualification names, accreditation numbers, learning outcomes and assessment methods haven’t changed so you don’t need to do anything differently!

We’re sorry to tell you that we’re withdrawing this qualification from 31 August 2008, due to low demand.

The NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Performance Skills (100/1961/3) has a similar structure to the Level 2 Certificate in Contemporary Music Practice and could be delivered as an alternative. Please contact us if you’d like more information on this; we can also provide a mapping document to show how the qualifications are linked.

Other qualification news

The accreditation periods for the following qualifications are due to end on 31 August 2008:

  • NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Music Technology (100/1501/2)
  • NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Music Technology (Mix DJ Skills) (100/2622/8)
  • NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Video Production (100/1488/3)
  • NCFE Level 1 Certificate in Technical Theatre (100/5717/1)
